I saw Andy in order to set up a living trust, will, and durable power of attorney. His customer service was just fine as far as I was concerned. I suggest using his secure website to transmit your personal info. I found him on Yelp originally. He helped me figure out what documents i needed and he didn't try to oversell anything that was unnecessary. If you visit, enter in the lobby, not the side entrance. It's across the street from the Sycamore Inn. It's on a busy part of Foothill so be careful coming and going the parking lot. Fees were standard for his work; you pay him half the fee for the retainer and the other half for his work. I would caution about trying to find a cheaper lawyer--you'll get what you pay for. Overall, Andy was pretty quick and did a good job as far as I can tell. You want a trust and will because your assets will get seized by the state in probate if you die or become incapacitated otherwise. Even with a will!(although probate won't be as difficult). Overall, an uneventful experience...probably the best thing you want for with this kind of routine legal work. I think he also handles bankruptcy cases.
